婵柔垫上欢乐时光课程，一共是3天，每天5小时

报名条件：取得垫上一级证书

课程内容：主要有一级的动作和部分二级的动作组成，主要在欢快的律动音乐中练习，课程中的音乐与每个动作序列的意图相呼应。

推荐人群：喜欢音乐配合练习的垫上的同学，也能加强垫上婵柔的律动和呼吸、也可当执照更课程

课程结束后，会有整套音乐

GYROKINESIS® Happy Moves Course

In this course, students learn a new 1 hour, 15 minute Gyrokinesis seated sequence, the Level 1 Standing Wave Sequence, and the Level 2 (simplified) Leonardo Sequence. The entire Happy Moves Course is accompanied by a custom music score that was developed by Julu Horvath, and musician, Rodolfo Troncoso specifically for this class format. The music in this course resonates with the intention of each movement sequence.

Course manuals, and music download option are included wih the course. In addition, the Gyrokinesis Happy Moves DVD will be available for purchase, exclusively to course participants.
